This was released in August of 2009 along with the compatible WPG-350 media streamer, both of which are designed to operate in tandem. Although using both together would benefit office presentations the most and is what they were primarily designed for, the projector alone can also suffice in a home theater setup and is equipped with Composite Video input connections which are common in that application. Filterless design means there is no routine exchanging of the filter and a bottom loading lamp gives easy access when it comes time to clean. A feature that will also benefit the office video presenter is the Off-To-Go feature which allows you to just unplug the unit and go when finished, instead of the usual wait for it to cool down. A security lock slot is also located on the back which enables it to be secured in any location.
