Sanyo PLV-Z5

The Sanyo PLV-Z5 is an LCD home theatre projector, featuring a 720P high definition display. The PLV-Z5 uses a Twin Iris to display a 10000:1 contrast ratio, along with a 1100 lumen brightness. The lens shifts manually in four directions (up, down, left, right) and the manual focus magnifies up to 2x.

This projector also features a 12-bit digital image processing chip, which hosts a video decoder, scaler, and gamma curve generator. The PLV-Z5 operates a 22 dB in Sayno’s quiet Eco Mode, and accepts the following inputs: Composite, S-Video, 2x HDMI, D-Sub 15pin, 2x Component. Available January 2007, the Sanyo PLV-Z5 retails at $1800.
