The smaller size and weight does not impact the image size or the projection distance, those remain standard when compared to other Acer projectors. The Acer P3250 uses a P-VIP 165 watt lamp that has a life cycle of 3000 hours, or 5000 hours when using the energy saving economic mode that most Acer projectors come equipped with. The projector includes other features, such as SmartFormat technology, ColorBoost II technology, and High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection System (HDCP).
